PAY MORE. TAKE IT.
The first occupation costs $5. After that, a challenger must meet the higher price calculated by the server. You can bid above the minimum.
NO REFUNDS FOR BEING EVICTED.
There is no guaranteed minimum duration. If someone validly pays more, they take the site. You paid for the occupation you received.
THE PRICE KEEPS MOVING.
Each verified takeover establishes a higher market price under the current pricing rules. A placement also ends after the platform’s 365-day maximum.
DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE.
No illegal, malicious, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, hateful, or processor-prohibited content. OCCUPY can reject or remove it without erasing the historical record.
PAYMENT MUST VERIFY.
A checkout screen does not give you the site. OCCUPY activates only after the payment provider confirms the exact quote, amount, currency, and current market state.
ONE CHECKOUT AT A TIME.
A short reservation prevents two people from buying the same market state. If it expires, the site becomes available again.
ATTENTION IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Traffic, clicks, impressions, and conversions are never promised. Reported delivery data is measured in good faith and obvious automation is filtered.
YOU CONTROL THE CREATIVE.
Use the private editor for copy, colors, a logo, and approved JPEG, PNG, or WebP images. Scripts, arbitrary code, iframes, and tracking pixels are not allowed.
SAFETY WINS.
OCCUPY may rate-limit abuse, quarantine uploads, disable dangerous destinations, investigate payment problems, and resolve failed activations or refunds through the documented workflow.
Your occupation begins after payment is verified. Someone can evict you at any time by paying the valid next price.
