OCCUPY collects only what is needed to operate verified placements, measure delivery, prevent abuse, and resolve payments.

PAYMENTS

Whop processes checkout and payment details. OCCUPY stores provider identifiers, quoted and paid amounts, currency, payment state, and refund state—not full card details.

OCCUPANT DATA

We store the name, destination, approved creative, immutable occupation record, and management credentials needed to operate an occupation. A verified account email may be retained when the platform supplies one.

MEASUREMENT

We use a first-party visitor identifier, short-window deduplication, a secret-keyed hash that can include network context, referrer host, and explicitly supplied via/UTM parameters. We do not publish visitor-level records.

DATAFAST

DataFast may provide aggregate site traffic when configured. The operator must choose the cookieful or cookieless tracker appropriate for the launch jurisdiction and provide consent where required.

RETENTION & REQUESTS

Financial and public occupation history is retained for integrity, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Operational analytics and contact data should be retained only as long as necessary. Use the Support page for access or deletion requests; legal retention may limit deletion.
